Shrimp, Salmon and Tomato dish (4 servings)

 

6 ounces of grape tomatoes

 

12 romaine lettuce lettuce leaves

 

4 ounces of salmon

 

8 ounces in the altogether, steamed shrimp

 

Dressing:

 

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

 

2 teaspoons sugar

 

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

 

Directions:

 

1. combine all ingredients for dressing during a bowl, set aside.
